Kristen Anne Bell was born in 1980. She's an American actress and singer. Bell was raised in Huntington Woods, Michigan, and is the daughter of Lorelei (Frygier), Nurse as well as Tom Bell, a television news director. Kristen was born in Huntington Woods, Michigan and was raised by a Polish mother and father who has a mix of German, English Irish, Scottish, and Irish. Kristen's talents for performing were discovered at a very young age. She went to her audition in 1992, and was then offered the role of Raggedy Ann, and Andy. Bell was accepted by her mother to become an agent when she was 13 years old. Then, she was selected for newspapers ads as well as TV commercials. Also, Bell began taking classes in acting privately. Bell played an uncredited character in the film Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell was part of the music and drama clubs in Shrine Catholic High School. The Wizard of Oz production at her highschool won Bell the starring Dorothy part. Bell went to the Tisch School of the Arts in New York City, where she studied Musical Theatre at the Tisch School of the Arts in New York City. Bell dropped out of her studies in 2001, and took on the part of Becky who is a character from Tom Sawyer. In 2001, it was also that Bell's first appearance in a credited film, Pootie Tang (2002). The scene she appeared in was cut and the credits only depict her. Bell was in the film with Angela Bettis, Liam Neeson and in The Crucible Broadway production of The Crucible in 2002.
